We (Leo Club Of Kathmandu Eureka) Would like to formally invite your club to participate in “Inter Leo Charity Futsal Tournament”.
About Tournament
We, Leo club of Kathmandu Eureka family, are going to organize “Inter- Leo Charity Futsal Tournament” on (29th February, 2020). The motive of conducting this tournament is to empower youth towards sports, fellowship and leadership among Leos as well as to collect support for coming charitable event (School Project Phase III- Palpa). School Project- Phase III will support under privileged students of Kishan Madhyamik Bidyalaya, Palpa with necessary materials including shoes, stationary materials. Project has also targeted to supplies the necessary sports, musical and educational materials to school management.
Your participation plays a great role in making our project grand success. We “Leo Club of Kathmandu Eureka” family would be grateful to see your participation. Your valuable participation and support really means a lot to us.

Venue: DAV school, Dhobighat, Lalitpur
Time: 9 am – 5 pm
Date: 29th Feb, 2020
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
1. Entries for Leo members only.
2. Registration forms that are completed and submitted by the deadline shall be valid and taken into consideration. (Registration Deadline 20th February)
3. Each participating team should provide the list of players’ name as well as their Leo ID with recent passport size photo. (A total of maximum 10 players and minimum 7 shall be named on the list )
4. All players have to be official Leo member / volunteers of corresponding Leo Clubs, any non-registered or unofficial leo members if found will be ban but team can play with other remaining members.
5. Formation of every team should in 6-A Side format
6. Each match shall last 14 mins , comprising two periods of 7 mins seconds, with no over time, injury time or stoppage time.
7. Whole tournament will be played under league-cum-knockout method
8. There is limitation of 16 team for Boys and 8 team for Girls (First Registered First Served basis). Once indicated numbers of team registered, registration will be closed and no other team will be able to register.
9. Registration amount is non-refundable, each team need to confirm everything before registration.
10. Top two team from each group from league table will be proceed for the knockout round
11. 3 point will be awarded to winner team, 1 point is awarded to both team in draw game and 0 point will be awarded to loser team in League Round
12. Game will be decided by the penalty if both team make draw in final whistle in Knock-out round
13. The decisions of the referee are final and not subject to appeal regarding facts connected to play.
14. If a player receives two yellow cards in two different matches, s/he will be automatically suspended from their team’s subsequent match.
15. If a player is sent off as a result of a direct or an indirect red card, he will be automatically suspended from his team’s subsequent match.
16. Sanctions with the fine of Rs.150 for yellow card and Rs.300 for red card are imposed.
17. And basic rules of futsal shall be provided by referee before game.
18. Respect the spirit of fair play, non-violence and the authority of the match officials.
19. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the futsal area.
**Note: All right reserve within the Event Management Committee of this Tournament and Leo Club of Kathmandu Eureka for any kind of the necessary change. Any disputes will address by the Event Management committee, however decision of Board of Leo Club of Kathmandu Eureka will be the final decision.
C. Basic rules of futsal
1. No offside.
2. No slide tackles.
3. No kick-off goal.
4. No throw-ins. Kick-ins instead of throw-ins.
5. A kick-ins that goes directly in the opposite goal is a goal clearance for the opposing team.
6. A kick-ins that goes directly in the defensive goal is a corner kick of the opposing team.
7. If the kick-in does not enter the pitch or if the kick is not taken within 8 seconds the kick-in is taken by the opposing team.
8. The goal keeper must use his hands to roll, bounce or throw the ball from anywhere inside the penalty area to the defensive line only.
9. Goal Keeper must wear different color Jersey other than his/her team mates
10. The opposing team has to be minimum of 5 yards away from the balls in free kicks, corner kicks and goal clearance but if the kick is not taken within 8 seconds the kick-in is taken by the opposing team.
11. With a penalty kick, all the players behind the ball except for the penalty kicker.
12. There is no restriction on the number of substitutions that may be made during a match.
13. Officials or referee will explain other updated rule before starting of match.
We have read all the content of Section A, B and C and agreed in every terms and condition mentioned in this Information Sheets. My team will give every effort to support the management committee to make this event success with no any problems and disputes. We are aware of our responsibility and we intend to take participate for fellowship or coordination with all participated leo clubs and leo members maintaining peaceful and disciplinary environment.
